Parent Fingerprinting & TB Information

IMPORTANT MESSAGE FOR ALL INCOMING 7TH GRADE

Students entering 7th grade in 2017- 2018 school year will need proof of a pertussis booster shot (whooping cough, called Tdap) on or after their 7th birthday BEFORE starting school. Please check your Child's immunization records and if he/she has had one, bring proof to your school immediately. If he/she has not received one, make an appointment today and bring proof to the school as soon as your child receives it.

Your child will not be allowed to start school in August without proof of a Tdap given after the 7th birthday.                                   

 

Picture Day and Student ID

Fall Picture Day is on Monday-August 21st during PE classes. Picture ID will be issued this day….try to be at school!

Also, you and your buddies will have a chance to take a picture during lunch and right after school. This is a freestyle PHOTO DAY, share your personality and smile, bring a friend or two, or show your hobby, dress casual but do not forget our DRESS CODE policy! Picture make-up day is on Friday, 8/25/17 from 9-12pm in the MPR.

Please bring order form with money on picture day and turn it in to the photographer.

Order forms will be sent home on Friday, 8/18/2017.
